Refund Policy

Our approach

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and is decided by the BST team. Contact us via our contact form or our Discord server with your order ID as soon as there is a problem.

Orders we cannot fulfil

If we cannot deliver an order you have paid for, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that order.

Orders already delivered

Delivered services are generally not refundable unless the service was not delivered as agreed, or the law gives you a right to a refund.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned using the method arranged with you in Discord. Refunds are recorded against your order in our system.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
